Radium - Medium Roast - 10oz

$16.00

Meet Radium, our medium roast, designed to light up your daily cup. Currently sourced from producers in Tanzania, this seasonal coffee is sweet, balanced, and full of vibrant energy.

Expect a core of creamy milk chocolate, wrapped in bright citrus-like acidity and rounded off with a sugary sweet finish. The roast profile brings out clarity and sweetness without overwhelming the origin’s natural character.

Why We Love Radium:
Radium is our take on the "just right" roast. Bold enough for drip and batch brew, clean enough for pour over, and sweet enough to shine as cold brew. It’s your everyday coffee, with a little extra charge.

Current Origin:
Tanzania
(Note: Radium is a seasonal roast. Origin may change based on availability and harvest cycles, while the flavor profile remains consistent.)

Flavor Profile:
Milk chocolate
Bright acidity
Balanced body
Sugary sweetness

Whether you’re just waking up or settling in, Radium hits the sweet spot. Not too dark, not too light, always just right.

We had the amazing opportunity of touring the Minneapolis Cafe Imports warehouse and meeting our rep @sodentz in person.

Cafe Imports sources all of our green coffee. Their customer service, love of coffee, and dedication to transparency makes it a We were able to take a trip to Minneapolis this week to further our coffee roasting education and train in some new members to the Strata team. We learned a lot and had THE best time with everyone at Mill City.

Congratulations to all of us for grad Big shout out to our primary coffee roaster @jared_thompsonn and congrats on getting hitched!

He’s crushed it for years now, grown in his roasting, cupping, bagging, mailing, and all the other things needed to be a one man army at a roastery. Have you gotten fresh, locally roasted coffee lately?
