RECIPES FOR THIS COFFEE:
Grind coffee to a coarse texture
Water 205°F
Dose 8 grams, or 1 level tablespoon, of coffee for each cup, 8 ounces, of water used in your French press (For a 5 cup French Press you will use 40 grams of coffee ground to an even breadcrumb texture)
Rinse out you French Press with hot water to heat the vessel and remove any dust
Dose your coffee into your French Press
Start a timer and pour water to fill the press half way
At 1 minute stir the grounds to ensure they are saturated
After gently stirring add water to fill your French Press
After four minutes, firmly push your press all the way down
Pour into mugs immediately, if there is excess pour it into a separate decanter
Pouring all of the coffee out of the French Press at 4 minutes prevents over extraction
15g Coffee ground fine, like granulated sugar
200g Water 205°F
Dose your coffee into the Aeropress
Start timer and add all 200g of water
Stir for thirty seconds
Apply Plunger and begin to press at the 1:30 mark and press slowly for 30s until you just hear the beginning of a hissing sound
Finish press by 2 minutes
